Standalone HistorianPlaybackUtility.exe .

Hi,

I would appreciate your help in regards of stand alone HistorianPalybackUtility.exe .

Basically the questions is: What would this tool require to run except TVA*.dll files?

Do I need metadata files for this utility or not, currently i have only .d files to open but not sure maybe this utility doesn't require metadata files...

Regards,

dk.

Likely just the TVA*.dll and the TimeSeriesFramework.dll.

You will need the metadata file (the <instance>_dbase.dat file), an active archive file (the <instance>_archive.d file) and the history files (the <instance>_archive_<starttime>_to_<stoptime>.d files)

That should do it!

Thanks,
Ritchie

Thank you Ritchie,

Sorry for taking your time on this issue, problem was on .net libraries missing, on reseacher computer, for the version of HistorianPlayback used. Now it's working fine.

dk.

Oh yeah. There is the prerequisite of .NET 4 :-)

Great to hear you have it working!. Also, no worries on taking time on issues. If you are having an issue, others may as well - better to have the question asked and the answer stated for posterity.

Thanks!
