ICCP Plug-in

Feb 29, 2012 at 12:30 PM

On this post, Ritchie mentioned that you were considering implementing a ICCP plug-in for openPDC.

Are you still considering doing it?

We have, do you know if there are any open source ICCP implementations out there?

We are in the process of adding IEC 61850 (90-5) and DNP3 - and both of these are C and C++ implementations - we are just creating C++.NET adapter libraries around these code sets.

Hi Ritchie,
I've looked for a open source ICCP implementation but couldn't find anything.

Do you have a release date for the adapter libraries that you are creating?

I did find this project:

However, it says it's not fully compatible with TASE.

FYI - because of some related project commitments, it's likely we will be adding support for ICCP this summer.

Is there any update on ICCP availability?

Would there be any interest in ICCP (over TCP) implementation?

Do you have such an implementation? We were about to begin working on this...

Not yet, but we have started working on it. We are on very early stage and progressing rather slowly, probably we will need some support with testing interoperability in future... Are you interested in C/C++ implementation?

Regards, bmarc.

Hasn't Alstom created such an adapter? Probably not free, though...
