Configuration problems-Help!

The machine's OS which runs openPDC was upgraded to Windows 7 and we had to wipe out all files on the drive in order to do so. I have "successfully" installed and configured openPDC. However, it will not allow me to add any devices, PDC or otherwise, using the Input Wizard (the Request Configuration times out). The Data Migration Utility crashes every time. Here is the contents of my ErrorLog file. The folder it is referring to is actually empty. Does openPDC not generate this file? I kept a backup copy of the previous configurations, but I am unable to read a lot of them, and I'm not suer which I should be looking at. I even tried rerunning the setup. Any ideas?
