Timeseries
Fixed race condition for throttled subscriptions in UnsynchronizedClientSubscription.
Fixed statistic validation in TimeSeriesStartupOperations so that subscriber statistic measurements would be added with the proper device ID defined.
Fixed unlikely race condition in AlarmAdapter that would cause it to stop processing measurements indefinitely.
Modified the alarm adapter to store collections of measurements in the blocking collection.
Optimized alarm processing in the alarm adapter.
Removed unnecessary loop in UnsynchronizedClientSubscription.ProcessMeasurements().
Replaced BlockingCollection in UnsynchronizedClientSubscription with the asynchronous loop pattern to improve performance.
TimeSeriesFramework: Avoids repeated error messages when the database is not available.
TimeSeriesFramework: Makes the user to select few required fields, which helps in eliminating some unwanted exceptions. 2) Changes made too few pages which will allow the user to save the information in the respective nodes.
TimeSeriesFramework: Now new data entry saves in the respective nodes rather than the default.
Updated OutputAdapterBase to better take advantage of new ProcessQueue functionality.
Updated dependencies.

Timeseries UI
TSF.UI: Fixed various usability issues on the Alarms page.
TimeSeriesFramework.UI: Fixed issues with data models that contain a NodeID field.
TimeSeriesFramework: Made UI changes in Adapters page. Solved the issue raised in the GPA product support.
