Disable the service restart option in CSU when service detected in cluster


If service in cluster is detected, last screen in CSU should disable the service restart option

Will need to research Windows API calls and/or registry settings and/or OS version information needed to know when OS is running in a cluster mode.

More specifcally, need to determine when openPDC service is defined in a "cluster group" - surely you can find an example somewhere.

When this "appears" to be the case - the "restart service option" needs to be unchecked and disabled and the screen needs to say something to the effect of:

"openPDC service is installed as part of a Windows cluster group, you will need to use the Windows Cluster Administrator to take the cluster group offline and then back online to restart the openPDC service."

Will need to get a couple of VM's setup in a cluster to test this code...
