CSU fails on read-only databases

CSU Fails on the last step when the database is configured as read-only.

Tested. Everything works good now. Changed DB to read_only, run configuration setup utility, openPDC and openPG and they all work good with no issues.

This may have been fixed with most recent roll-down since update was in TVA code library. Please set a SQL Server database to read-only then run openPDC Manager with an older release, then the latest release. If the error goes away - close issue.

I tested this issue. I altered the database to be read only and use the existing configuration for this database in the CSU process. At the end, for both 1.4.2 and 1.5 openPDC versions, the CSU completes the configuration with no errors. The problem comes when you try to open the openPDC manager from the CSU. It says it cannot load the security features because the database is read only...
