Add calculated frame sizes to output stream defintion screen

description

Add a calculated frame size for configuration frame and data frame based on current configuration, then calculated estimated bandwidth requirements (Mbps) based on TCP/UDP parameters as well as IPv6/IPv4 (taking into account IP headers) and frames per second.
 
Reference spreadsheet for these calculations.

I guess it is to the Stream statics device....adding an other extra column to the page.
