OpenPDC Manager data plotting trouble

May 26, 2011 at 3:44 PM

Hi, I have a little problem with the plotting of measures in the screen OpenPDC Manager- Input Status Monitoring.
When I connect with my PMU, and this result enabled (green icon) I see the measures in the panel with the values, but the data are  not plotted in the graph.
The measures shown are good and are constantly being updated, but this is not true for plotting. The plotting work but it is often interrupted. If I go to see in the historian the values plotted  are signed "GOOD" and in line with the values not plotted "DELETED FROM PROCESSING. "
 What does it means?
I think my problem is related to a conversion time for plotting the data.

Thank you and hope to get some advice about it.

This could be an issue with your local clock vs. the timestamp of incoming data. To adjust settings related to the Input Status & Monitoring screen go to the "Manage / System Settings" in the openPDC Manager.

You can adjust lead and lag time here for the graph as well as disabling use of the local clock as real-time in case clock is very out-of-sync with real-time measurements.

Thanks!
