Obtaining Device Configuration

Hello,
Nowadays I can access OpenHistorian and get all information about its IDs using:

http://localhost:6151/historian/metadata/read/json

and receive some historic data using:

http://localhost:6152/historian/timeseriesdata/read/historic/1/20-sep-2013 00:00:00/20-sep-2013 00:01:00/json

Is there a way I can query OpenPDC in order to receive all the Devices Configuration, and their respective Phasors and Measurements properties?

The best way would be to connect to the openPDC using the Gateway Exchange Protocol (GEP) and request all metadata. There is a .NET, Java, C++ and Unity API for accessing GEP. GEP allows you access real-time and historical data in a streaming fashion - along with detailed metadata.
